SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Although we often modify our shipping carriers, shipping destinations, and shipping rates, we generally ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and many other International destinations. Shipping methods and rates are selected by the customer and are verified at checkout. International orders are subject to incremental customs charges and the customer will be responsible for such charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Pickup from our warehouse locations is not available. Shipping rates are determined by weight, shipping speed, and destination postal code. Paid and verified orders, which are in-stock, generally ship within 48 hours. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, laptopbattery-wholesale shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. laptopbattery-wholesale shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, laptopbattery-wholesale shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

DAMAGE:
Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released from laptopbattery-wholesale. After shipment is released to the carrier, any damages must be reported to laptopbattery-wholesale within five days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by laptopbattery-wholesale with the freight carrier. The customer must save all boxes and packing materials for damage inspection by carrier.

RETURNS:
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer usually up to 3 years from date of delivery (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, laptopbattery-wholesale offers an exclusive 30 day return policy for purchases made through this Site. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by emailing support@ourbattery.net or by calling laptopbattery-wholesale Customer Service (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time). Please note your order number, item #'s of products being returned, and the reason for return. RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days. Please return your merchandise promptly after receiving an RMA number. All returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. All returned product must be complete with the original manufacturer's packaging and any parts, cords, or manuals. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.

Defective Merchandise - Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange, refund, or store credit.

Non-Defective Merchandise - Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange, refund, or store credit. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 30 Day Return Policy Exceptions - Radar detectors, GPS equipment, computer software, and MP3 players must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Software can only be exchanged, not returned.
Outgoing shipping charges and processing fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee. Please allow 14 business days to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once we receive your return. Any merchandise returned to laptopbattery-wholesale without authorization or a RMA number will be refused. laptopbattery-wholesale reserves the right to refuse any return. An RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against laptopbattery-wholesale shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the laptopbattery-wholesale sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Ventura County, California.
